Greetin's fellow dawgs! It's been far too long since we've gotten together and I just wanted to take a moment to say hello and let you know I'm still in the neighborhood. My GrandPUs are feelin' just a bit better and lettin' Mom catch her breath-for the moment. She's bein' lazy concerned that she won't be able to perform her regular editin' of my blog posts not that they need it, so this will be a short visit.
Coincidentally there's a method to my madness I just found out about the Pedigree® Adoption Drive. For those of you who haven't heard already there is a very cool and EASY way to help get a bag of food to a hungry shelter dawg. All ya gotta do is write a blog post and let a link over at Life With Dogs place.
Seriously, it just doesn't get a whole lot easier than this. Here's the scoop:
For each blog that posts about the PEDIGREE® Adoption Drive through September 19th, PEDIGREE® will donate a bag of their new Healthy Longevity Food for Dogs to shelters nationwide. It's simple: Write a post, help a dog.
Thursday, September 16 through Sunday, September 19, the Pedigree® BlogPaws bloggers will host a Blog Hop, to help raise awareness for the "Write a post, help a dog" effort.
That's it. No fine print. Unprepared? Go back to your blog and invest five minutes in adding yourself to the list. You'll feed dogs in need and feel great about doing it.
*It doesn't matter what kinda blog you got either-just spread the word so this can jump in more directions than fleas do at a long haired cat convention.
More posts = more food, simple as that.
Now, in case you're needin' a Chocolate fix I've
attached a couple pics from a recent huntin' expedition.
Not to brag but before I leave I must share the unofficial tally board
on the bulletin board in my office:
That's right, #14 just recently bit the dust which makes a 3 year lifetime total of 77.
It's great to be here once again, if only for a brief visit.
Carry on dawgs!
Chester ;0=)

Hey Chester... how good of you to help get some food for other dogs.. oh the groundhog population better watch out!
hope you have a good weekend!
We have a couple of them running around here that keep getting outside the fence.
I did need a Chester fix! Like you, we haven't been blogging but we think about you ofter. Leah isn't going to WVU any more so we don't pass by your dawg house, which makes us sad... But it's nice to have Leah home and going to school locally!
